MARTINO
Founder & FCI Certified Guide
Founder of Flow Finale, Martino is an FCI certified guide and instructor with more than 8 years of experience guiding in Finale Ligure.
Born and raised on these trails, he grew up riding, exploring and building a deep connection with the territory long before Flow Finale even existed. Over the years, his vision evolved into something bigger than simple guiding: creating authentic riding experiences where riding quality, local lifestyle and community all come together naturally.
With a strong background in technical coaching, trail knowledge and experience management, Martino focuses on making every rider feel supported, challenged and fully immersed in the real spirit of Finale.
For him, Flow Finale is not only about bikes: it’s about sharing a place, a lifestyle and a way of experiencing the outdoors.
ALESSIO
Local Guide
Born at the foot of Mount Carmo and raised inside the Finale Outdoor Region, Alessio has been riding these trails since childhood.
His riding background and deep local knowledge allow him to guide riders through Finale in a natural, authentic and approachable way, always adapting the experience to the group and the conditions of the day.
Calm, reliable and detail-oriented, Alessio represents the balance between professionalism and the relaxed atmosphere that defines Flow Finale.
ANDREA
Local Guide
Born and raised in Finale Ligure, Andrea is one of the key souls of the Flow Finale crew.
Deeply connected to the territory and its riding culture, he brings positive energy, local knowledge and a genuine passion for bikes into every experience. Andrea is the kind of person who naturally makes people feel comfortable: whether during a technical trail section, a lunch break overlooking the sea or an after-ride moment with the group.
Always approachable, smiling and ready to help, he perfectly represents the spirit behind Flow Finale: authentic riding, strong community vibes and unforgettable days built around people and experiences.
CRISTIAN
Guide & Mechanic
Cristian made the decision to move to Finale Ligure to fully embrace the riding lifestyle and become part of the Flow Finale family and he never looked back.
Precise, detail-oriented and technically skilled, he combines a clean riding style with a strong mechanical background, making him an incredibly reliable presence both on and off the trails. His calm attitude and attention to every rider help create experiences that feel professional, safe and enjoyable at the same time.
FABIO
Guide
After discovering Finale Ligure and falling in love with its trails, lifestyle and atmosphere, Fabio decided to make this place his second home and fully join the Flow Finale project.
Professional, versatile and incredibly passionate about riding, he combines strong guiding experience with a natural ability to connect with people and create positive group energy.
During autumn, winter and spring he rides and guides in Finale together with the crew, while during summer he continues his guiding work in the mountains of Valle d’Aosta.
BOB
Guide
Originally from the Netherlands, Bob found his way to Finale Ligure the same way most people do through the trails, the atmosphere and the people.
What started as a friendship with the crew slowly became part of his life, eventually leading him to split his time between Holland and Finale and become an important part of the Flow Finale family. Easy-going, motivating and always ready to lift the mood of the group, Bob brings incredible positive energy into every ride.
His story perfectly represents the international and welcoming spirit of Flow Finale: this crew is built on passion, not passports.
NICO
Trail Builder & Farmer
One of the original figures behind Finale’s modern riding culture, Nico has dedicated decades to shaping the territory through trail building, farming and outdoor life.
Long before Finale became an internationally recognised riding destination, Nico was already exploring, building and developing trails across the Pietra Ligure area, helping create what would later become part of the Enduro World Series landscape.
Deeply connected to nature and sustainable outdoor living, he is also the founder of Rose di Pietra, where farming, hospitality and riding culture naturally come together.
More than a guide, Nico represents the authentic roots of the Flow Finale philosophy: territory, passion, community and a genuine connection with the land.
